Adultwork uses gender not sex, which are 2 completely different things.
Sex is your biological sex where as gender is the gender identity/role which you identify as.
It should be clearer especially on an established site like adultwork that is designed to sell sex, there should be either a sex option that allows a user to select male, female or intersex and/or a gender option which allows users to select man, woman or non-binary.
